What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted. In short: we use your details only to answer you and to prepare your free zone file, and we never sell them.
What we collect
Your answers to the questionnaire (activity, visas, workspace, shareholders, timing), your name, email, mobile number, nationality and how you want to be contacted. For a question sent with Ask us: your name, email and question. We also count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address.
Why we use it
To contact you, by WhatsApp, phone or email, with the official price of the free zone you chose, and to answer your question.
Who receives it
Free Zone Radar and its setup expert partner, who contact you and prepare your file, then the free zone you chose. Our technical providers (website hosting and email delivery) process it on our behalf only. Nothing is sold, and nothing is sent to another free zone.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from the day you send your file or your question. A file that leads to a licence is kept as long as its accounting requires.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see your details, correct them, or have them deleted, by writing to contact@freezoneradar.ae. We answer within one working day.
