SPC is 250 AED cheaper in the first year, 5,750 AED against 6,000 AED. RAKEZ renews at the same 6,000 AED while SPC renews at 6,875 AED, so over two years without a visa RAKEZ costs 12,000 AED and SPC 12,625 AED. SPC does not require audited accounts, RAKEZ does. Take SPC if you want to avoid the audit, RAKEZ if you plan to stay several years or need a freelancer permit.

What does the renewal cost? The same every year: 6,875 AED for the standard licence. A zero visa licence also renews every year at the price it was bought at.
How many shareholders are included? Up to 7 shareholders are included at no extra cost. SPC accepts up to 100, and each shareholder beyond the seventh costs 1,000 AED.
RAKEZ, September 2026
What do the three one visa packages include? 12,010 AED covers the licence and one residence visa, without basic health insurance. 14,010 AED adds basic health insurance and help opening the bank account, and 16,570 AED also covers the visa typing and medical application, 20 percent off dependant visas, a company stamp and a digital business card.
Are the establishment card, name reservation and incorporation fees charged on top? No. They are included in the three one visa packages, 12,010, 14,010 and 16,570 AED, with no additional charge.
