Three different prices for what looks like the same thing sit on the official site at once: AED 5,750 on the homepage, AED 6,875 in the pricing table, AED 10,900 in the zone's own cost calculator. The renewal price is absent entirely, which makes a three year cost impossible to compute.

Year two, and closing down
The two figures nobody advertises. A cheap first year means nothing if year two doubles, and nothing at all if leaving costs a fortune.
Renewal, per year
Not published on any product page. The FAQ calls renewal quick and hassle free without giving a figure. A blog article claims the zone offers transparent upfront renewal pricing, then gives no number.
Closing the company
Not published. Neither the procedure nor the cost of liquidating or striking off a company appears anywhere on the site.
Other fees and penalties
Binding terms
- Zero paid-up share capital. No minimum capital requirement.
- A registered address is compulsory and must be kept current with the registrar. The included coworking lease satisfies this.
- KYC details must be confirmed or updated at renewal.
- Records must be kept for 5 years.
- Ultimate beneficial owner declaration is compulsory, including the shareholding structure.
- SPC may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of its service at any time, with immediate effect.
Contradictions on the zone's own site
- The pay-as-you-go page is titled from AED 5,750 while its own table shows AED 6,875. Same page.
- The official cost calculator returns a base licence cost of AED 10,900, nearly double the headline.
- Two official blog articles disagree with each other on whether AED 5,750 means e-commerce or zero visa.
- The advertised AED 480 per month is not a subscription. It is the AED 5,750 package converted into an interest free instalment plan, UAE residents only, partner bank credit cards only, and the full amount is charged up front.

- Name reservation and registry fees.
