Details
Renewal, per year. Each package renews at its own first-year price, every year: the entry package without a visa, and the one visa package alike. The renewal guarantee the zone publishes in writing is the one on the All-Inclusive package, which renews at 14,000 AED, its own first-year price.
Closing the company. 3,000 AED plus any third party fees to cancel a licence held on a coworking desk, 4,500 AED with a physical facility, published on the de-registration service cards. Allow 5 working days plus 14 days of newspaper notice, and 45 days for a full liquidation. Cancelling an employee visa costs 385 AED.

Important to know
Rules that apply
- An office is compulsory: operational within 60 days of the start date, warehouses within 90 days of the lease.
- Renewal must be filed at least 30 days before expiry.
- Audit is compulsory. Accounts reviewed by an auditor within 6 months of the year end.
- Minimum capital by activity: 10,000 AED generic, 150,000 AED industrial, 100,000 AED logistics, 500,000 AED aviation, 1,000,000 AED for real estate development, broadcasting and insurance agency.
- Free zone company: 1 to 50 shareholders maximum.
- The 2,000 AED visa security deposit per non Gulf employee is settled at closure and is not returned.
- Standard offices and warehouses: the full annual rent is payable in advance.
- Virtual asset and cryptocurrency activities, labour supply and manpower outsourcing, and passenger transport including chauffeur and limousine are not available at RAKEZ.
- There is no single standard package price. The zone sets the package and the cost on the number of visas, the number of activities, the facility and the services selected.
- Offices, warehouses and land are quoted per client. The zone publishes no standard rate and prices them on the space, the amenities, the activity, the equipment and the emissions.
- RAKEZ sells three one visa packages: 12,000 AED without health insurance, 14,000 AED with basic health insurance and help with the bank account, and 16,560 AED, which adds the visa typing and medical application, 20 percent off dependant visas, a company stamp and a digital business card. The 10 AED federal licence fee is added to each.
- The establishment card, the name reservation and the incorporation fees are included in the three one visa packages, 12,010, 14,010 and 16,570 AED, with no additional charge.
- Warehouses and industrial land have no fixed rate: the zone quotes them case by case, on the size, the location, the type of facility or land and the needs of the business.

- The online instant licence application shows 17,500 AED during the process. The zone confirms the instant licence option is out of service at the moment and that this figure is not one of its package prices. Do not read it as a price.
