Year two, and closing down

The two figures nobody advertises. A cheap first year means nothing if year two doubles, and nothing at all if leaving costs a fortune.

Binding terms

One hundred percent foreign ownership, and no physical office lease is required to incorporate.
Licences are issued digitally within five to ten working days for most activities.
Minimum issued share capital is set case by case, except for a public company at AED 5,000,000 fully paid.
Application, consultation and third party fees are expressly non refundable.
Refund requests must be filed within 25 calendar days and take up to 21 working days.
