Renewal, per year. The renewal price stays the same every year, because the packages are fixed-price packages: Seed renews at 13,200 AED and Startup at 15,400 AED, the same as in year one.
Closing the company. Voluntary winding up 2,000 AED, additional business licence termination 2,000 AED, strike-off confirmation letter 200 AED, establishment card cancellation 750 AED if applicable, residence visa cancellation 650 AED if applicable. The paperwork takes about 3 working days, followed by a 30-day notice period.

- Refund requests must be filed within 25 calendar days and take up to 21 working days.
- Offshore companies are not available under Innovation City.
