The zone is not part of RAKEZ despite being frequently listed as such.

Contradictions on the zone's own site

Many directories attribute RAK Maritime City to RAKEZ. It has its own free zone authority under RAK Ports.
The only published tariff dates from a 2021 Ministry of Economy document and is not confirmed on the zone's own website, so it may be out of date.
