The UAE free zones that do not publish their prices
By Malik, Founder · Prices checked
Not published does not mean expensive, and it does not mean cheap. It means you cannot compare before you commit. Here is exactly who publishes, who tells you privately, and who says nothing at all.
40 of the 51 zones print an entry price on their own site. 2 gave it to us in writing without publishing it, and 9 only quote on request. Those are listed below.
Price: ask us
9 of the 51 zones publish no entry price on their own site. Fill in the questionnaire: we ask the free zone and come back to you with its own figure.
This figure is not published by every free zone. Ask them: fill in the questionnaire once, and we come back to you with the figure of the free zone you pick.
Questions
Why do some UAE free zones hide their prices?
Most of them sell through agencies that are paid a commission on each file. A published price would cap what the agency can charge on top. IFZA states openly that it never sells direct.
Does a zone that hides its price cost more?
Not necessarily. Some of the zones that publish nothing are among the more expensive, others are mid-range. The real cost of a hidden price is not the amount, it is that you cannot compare it against anything before you have already engaged with a salesperson.
How should I ask a free zone for its price?
Ask the free zone first, through the questionnaire: it answers with its own renewal included, and if not we ask the zone for you. If you write to the zone yourself, ask for the renewal price in the same message, in writing: a quote that covers only the first year tells you almost nothing about what the company will cost you.
