Marketed inside KEZAD but domestic, not free zone. The only public figure is land rent, AED 15 to 20 per square metre a year against 32 to 45 in Abu Dhabi, and the zone pages themselves live on a staging subdomain rather than the production site.

- KEZAD markets these zones alongside its free zones while describing them as domestic. The two regimes carry entirely different licensing rules.
