What we think
Publishes its founding laws and announces a 2023 fee tariff, then blocks every one of its own documents from search engines. Not one licence, visa, office or closure price is readable.

No package price is published. No readable price. Dubai South does host a document titled Tariff of Fees 2023, Registration and Licensing, on its own domain, but the file is closed to automated reading, so we cannot quote a figure from it. We say we could not read it rather than say nothing is published.
Where each line was read: product page, a commercial commitment on the zone's own site. Official document, a downloadable schedule, regulation or terms. Blog only, an article on the zone's site, editorial and not contractual. Not published, the zone does not say.

Year two, and closing down
The two figures nobody advertises. A cheap first year means nothing if year two doubles, and nothing at all if leaving costs a fortune.
Renewal, per year
Not published. No renewal price appears in any accessible page. The 2023 tariff covers registration and licensing but is blocked from crawlers by the site's own rules.
Closing the company
Not published. No liquidation, deregistration or closure fee appears on any accessible page, and no closure procedure page exists in public navigation.

Binding terms
- The free zone sits inside Dubai Aviation City and licences are issued under Dubai Law No. 11 of 2015.
- The original free zone framework comes from Dubai Law No. 8 of 2006, amended by Law No. 20 of 2007.
- The free zone rules of 2010 and the 2023 tariff exist only as PDFs blocked site-wide from crawlers.
- Nothing on the site states whether the zone is a designated zone for value added tax.
Contradictions on the zone's own site
- A page titled Regulations and Tariff is published but contains no regulation, no tariff and no document link.
- Marketing promises seamless setup, visas and licensing while no price, quota or licence duration is published anywhere.
- The commercial brand Dubai South matches no legal name used in Dubai law or in federal tax lists, which say Dubai Aviation City and Dubai World Central.

- Every licence and package price.
- Visa costs and visa quotas.
- Office, warehouse and land rates.
- Renewal, late penalty and closure fees.
- Minimum share capital and audit obligation.
- Any statement on designated zone status for value added tax.

AED 1,000 back on this zone
