Details
Renewal, per year. Year two costs the same as year one, 5,000 AED to 30,000 AED depending on the licence type, renewable within the three months before expiry, with an 1,000 AED late fine.
Closing the company. 5,000 AED to fully terminate a free zone establishment or company plus 1,500 AED for the compulsory advertisement. A branch or a foreign company pays 1,500 AED, and a partial licence cancellation 1,500 AED. An expired licence adds 1,000 AED per month of delay.
