What is published: the base licence covers three activities from one industry group, extendable to twenty activities across four groups.

Year two, and closing down
The two figures nobody advertises. A cheap first year means nothing if year two doubles, and nothing at all if leaving costs a fortune.
Renewal, per year
Not published. No renewal fee, no year two cost and no renewal procedure appears anywhere on the site, including the FAQ and the setup pages.
Closing the company
Not published. No liquidation, deregistration or cancellation cost or procedure appears on the site. Verified across the FAQ, setup and licence pages.

Binding terms
- Minimum share capital is AED 1,000, with one to fifty shareholders. A branch office needs no capital.
- The base licence covers three activities from one industry group, extendable to twenty across four groups.
- Premises are leased only. Buying or owning space inside the free zone is not permitted.
- Several premises may be leased under a single licence.
- A dual licence allows a mainland licence without a separate physical mainland office.
Contradictions on the zone's own site
- The same product is called Dual Licence with one mainland authority on the licence types page and with another on the setup page.
- Minimum capital is stated as 273 dollars in one FAQ answer and as AED 1,000 in another, on the same page.
- The FAQ asks what the minimum office space requirement is, then gives no figure and redirects to an email address.

- Visa costs and visa quotas per office type.
- Office, warehouse and land rates.
- Name reservation and registration fee schedule.
- Late payment penalties and audit obligation.
- Multi-year discounts and any agent commission policy.

AED 1,000 back on this zone
This zone pays us an introduction fee, and we hand AED 1,000 of it back to you once your trade licence has actually been issued. You pay the zone exactly what you would pay going direct, we never take a dirham from you, and the cashback is only due if you filled in the Free Zone Radar form first.
