Renewal, per year. We previously displayed 3,500 AED here. No official Hamriyah source supports that figure and it has been removed. What Hamriyah does publish, in its own frequently asked questions, is a basic licence cost of 11,000 AED, roughly USD 3,000.

Closing the company. The implementing rules only require a licensed accountant as liquidator and a final account within seven days. No deregistration or liquidation fee appears.

Shares are denominated at 1,000 AED or multiples, and a free zone company may not exceed five shareholders.
Annual accounts must reach the authority within three months of the year end, signed by an approved auditor.
Early lease exit requires three months notice for warehouses and six months for industrial land.
