Details
Renewal, per year. 4,000 AED with no visa, 10,000 AED with one visa, 18,500 AED with two. Licence duration can be set from 1 to 10 years at registration or renewal. Renewal fees already paid are not refundable, and Creative City will not process any request when less than 30 days of licence validity remain.
Closing the company. 2,000 AED to cancel a licence with no visa. 3,000 AED with a visa package, immigration card cancellation included, and 750 AED per visa cancellation on top. If the licence has already expired, the penalty is 100 AED a month and has to be settled first. No refund claim is admissible more than three months after the licence was issued.

Rules that apply
- Holding a physical office outside Creative City requires an official request and approval.
- A private phone line, post box or address outside the zone requires approval.
- Only the approved activities may be carried out.
- No refund claim is admissible more than 3 months after the licence is issued.
- Ninety days after expiry, Creative City may take any legal action.
- No minimum capital is set in the regulations.
- Transfers from another free zone are not accepted: Creative City only takes new company set-ups, so a company registered elsewhere closes there and opens anew here.
