What we think

A complete, dated 2026 fee schedule, incorporation, renewal, late penalties and dissolution all published. It is a registry, not a free zone: no visa, no office, and a compulsory registered agent whose own onboarding fee of AED 12,500 dwarfs the incorporation.

Year two, and closing down

The two figures nobody advertises. A cheap first year means nothing if year two doubles, and nothing at all if leaving costs a fortune.

Renewal, per year

3,950 AED

AED 3,950 for one year, AED 7,250 for two years, AED 10,650 for three years. Late renewal is surcharged at 10, 15, 25 then 50 percent as the delay lengthens.

Closing the company

AED 2,350

AED 1,500 to dissolve plus AED 850 for the dissolution certificate, so AED 2,350 in total.
